Water Country USA:
Virginia’s Largest Water Park
James and I were lucky enough to partner with Water Country USA to celebrate my last weekend of summer! We spent the entire day acting like big kids – riding all of the thrilling slides and rides that Water Country USA has to offer! We even rode some of the slides two or three times! Water Country USA is Virginia’s largest waterpark, located in the beautiful and historic town of Williamsburg, VA. Here is a video that I created detailing our day in the park, I hope you enjoy!

Our absolute favorite slide was the Colossal Curl, which is the large yellow slide seen in the video! You might have noticed it several times, and you’re right because we went on it three different times! lol 🙂 Water Country USA has something to offer everyone, from Thrill Rides, to a Lazy River, a Wave Pool, Kiddie Pools and Slides, Shopping, and a variety of Food Options! One of our favorite traditions is getting a large cup of Dippin’ Dots; because, I mean who can go to a theme park and not get Dippin’ Dots?!
The great thing about Williamsburg, VA is that it has so much to offer it’s visitors. In addition to Water Country USA, Williamsburg is also home to Busch Gardens Theme Park, Historic Colonial Downtown Williamsburg, The College of William and Mary, and has nearby access to Historic Jamestown and Yorktown! I highly recommend a day trip, or even a weekend trip, to Williamsburg, VA – and especially to Water Country USA!
Visit Water Country USA:
I know that Summer 2018 is sadly coming to a close, but you still have plenty of time to take a weekend and enjoy Water Country USA – Virginia’s largest water park! The park is open for the season through September 9, 2018. You won’t regret it – You will just be very tired at the end of the day! 🙂
During our visit, we stayed one night in Williamsburg and had the most FABULOUS meal at The Trellis Bar and Grill! If you do find yourself in Williamsburg, I can’t recommend The Trellis enough! Read about my experience here!
As always, thanks for reading about my visit to Water Country USA! I will be back at work (teacher) at the end of this week. I literally can’t believe that it is already that time again. However, I am ready to face reality head-on; but don’t worry, I will still continue with my adventures on the weekends!
